By using Bungkoos — whether as a customer ordering from a shop, or a shop owner selling through this platform — you agree to the terms below.
About the service
Bungkoos lets shop owners open their own online catalog and receive orders directly from nearby customers — it is not a cross-shop marketplace. Payment is via QRIS, delivery via third-party delivery partners.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Ordering is also possible without an account; signing in with Google is only needed to save addresses and view order history.
Orders & payment
Prices and product availability are set by each shop. Payment is processed via QRIS; any service fee is shown before you complete your order.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Your obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when ordering (address, phone number).
- Not misuse the platform for unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
Bungkoos is a platform provider connecting buyers and shops. Product quality is each shop’s responsibility; delivery issues outside our control are the responsibility of the relevant delivery partner, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
